These dynamic tokens can be used inside your IVR messages. They are replaced with
values from the form when the call is placed.
{name}
Recipient name from Recipient Name (e.g. "John Doe").
{service}
Service/platform from Service Name (e.g. "PayPal").
{digit}
OTP length from Digits (e.g. 6).
{cardtype}
Card brand from Card Type (e.g. "MASTERCARD").
{cardending}
Last 4 digits from Card Ending (e.g. "4444").
{bank}
Bank from Bank Name (e.g. "Chase Bank").
Example:
Hello {name}. This is the {service} security line from {bank}. We detected a login on your {cardtype} ending in {cardending}. Please enter the {digit}-digit code we sent to your phone.
